Hotel Château des Fleurs: A Pet-Friendly Stay in Paris
/For a stay in Paris as unique as your pet’s personality, Hôtel Château des Fleurs near the Champs-Élysées is a playful and vibrant 5-star property that happily welcomes dogs.
Paris is home to a number of pet-friendly hotels, but finding one that matches your preferences, expectations, and aesthetic may require some research. Having traveled all over Europe and the US and having stayed in dozens of hotels with my dog Gigi, we’ve learned the importance of finding a property that makes us both feel not only comfortable, but also inspired. Staying at Hôtel Château des Fleurs was everything we could have wanted and more, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Paris with their dog.

A 5-Star Stay near the Champs-Élysées with your Dog
Hôtel Château des Fleurs is as vibrant as its surroundings near the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, but it radiates a sense of refined elegance that welcomes guests to experience their unique and elevated individuality. The inviting façade, the front doors, the reception desk, and the first smiles from the friendly staff draw you into a world where you immediately feel at ease and at home.
Traveling with a pet is always a memorable experience, so when the property’s welcome is kindly extended to your most loyal companion, it becomes that much more meaningful. My dog Gigi thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Château des Fleurs, and we were both appreciative of the opportunity to discover their hospitality.
Cheerful and chic in central Paris
Every 5-star boutique hotel has a personality, and I would consider Château des Fleurs’ to be chic and cheerful. A lively atmosphere echoes throughout the hotel, and clever details delight guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart. Château des Fleurs’ character is unique, and is unlike any other property I’ve visited in Paris– it has a vibe that’s both playful and romantic, making it a great choice for a girl’s getaway, a couple’s weekend, or in my case: a solo staycation with my dog!
Gigi and I both settled into our Corner Junior Suite quickly, which was thoughtfully equipped with a plush bed and a bowl of water for her. Tall windows followed the architectural shape of the building, allowing natural light to pour into our suite and offering a cheerful glimpse of the blooming flower boxes that define the façade of the hotel. Versatile furnishings and ample seating made it possible to get comfortable and unwind in any-which-way, and taking a bath in the suite’s claw-foot tub was both a priority and a highlight during our stay. Our spacious suite also featured a large dressing room at the entrance, complete with a double-vanity and counter for getting ready, which led into a tiled shower room with a stained-glass doorway. Every inch of the space seemed to reveal another interesting and unexpected design detail, which was fully aligned with the cheerful character of the hotel.
Inspiring interiors designed by Quintana Partners
An homage to the Belle Époque, Hôtel Château des Fleurs feels like a love-letter to Parisian elegance, and is both inspiring and inviting from the moment you enter the front doors. Designed by Quintana Partners, the interior of the property matches playfulness with elegance and creatively reimagines what one should expect in a luxury boutique hotel.
Surprises are to be found at seemingly every corner of Château des Fleurs, and are thoughtfully balanced to reflect Quintana Partners’ clever design language. I was constantly delighted by the choice of materials and textures I encountered throughout the property during my stay, and even Gigi was inspired by the gaiety– one morning she took the opportunity to hide playfully in the tassels of the chairs in the lobby lounge, to both of our amusement.
It’s evident that every design decision was intentional, and is exactly what sets Hôtel Château des Fleurs apart from all other boutique properties in Paris. The creativity and thoughtfulness is apparent throughout the design of hotel– even through the elevator and the hallways, and certainly in the lobby, the rooms, the suites, and the spa. And this attention to detail is only matched by their high caliber of hospitality, which is the celebrated combination that truly makes a stay at Château des Fleurs memorable.
A Small Luxury Hotels property with a MICHELIN Key
Hôtel Château des Fleurs has been recognized for its individuality and exceptional hospitality by Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and was awarded a MICHELIN Key in 2024 for its commitment to providing excellent service. And now, Hôtel Château des Fleurs also officially has Gigi’s stamp of approval– which isn’t handed out easily. All jokes aside, our experience staying at Château des Fleurs was a true reflection of the awards they have earned, and seeing first-hand how they welcomed and treated my pet as a part of the family was proof of their outstanding hospitality.
Amenities at the Hôtel Château des Fleurs in Paris
Since its opening in 2023, I’ve popped into Hôtel Château des Fleurs numerous times simply because it’s a great place to have a coffee in their bar lounge whenever I’m with friends in the area. The atmosphere is always inviting, and my dog Gigi was happily welcomed by the staff every time, even long before she became an official guest of the hotel.
Being a dog-friendly property is certainly one of our favorite amenities offered by Hôtel Château des Fleurs. Well-behaved pets are welcome at a rate of 40€ per stay– and though the hotel doesn’t specify a weight restriction, judging by the size of the bed and water bowl they provided for Gigi, I would imagine they are happy to accommodate medium- and large-sized dogs as well.
Every guest of Hôtel Château des Fleurs should make time to visit their Omnisens Spa– a true haven for rejuvenation before a busy day or for relaxation after an eventful one. A selection of treatments can be booked, and the facility also features a sauna, a fitness center, and a plunge pool. The design of the spa is bright and illuminating, and mirrors the aesthetic found throughout the hotel.
I enjoyed a peaceful morning in spa on my own, before returning to our suite for my scheduled in-room breakfast. Gigi was happy to continue sleeping in, so that amenity was convenient and greatly appreciated. Between the breakfast, the 24-hour room service, and the cleverly stocked mini-bar, I felt like we always had access to whatever we needed, and more.
While we enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Château des Fleurs in a Corner Junior Suite, the property offers four other categories among their total of 37 rooms and suites. The true boutique-feel allows for personalized attention from the hotel’s expert staff, ensuring a memorable experience that I’m always delighted to recommend whenever I’m asked for an imaginative, vibrant, and design-forward hotel in central Paris. And especially for someone visiting the city with a pet, Hôtel Château des Fleurs is an excellent choice for a exceptional stay.
